How long after I place my order will I receive it?

Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number from one of our trusted carriers.

Inside GTA - Approximately 2 days

Outside GTA, USA & Puerto Rico - Up to 10 days

*All other international shipments will receive estimated shipping time alongside the tracking number

Free Shipping?

Enjoy your Free Shipping on all orders totaling $150 or more before tax. However, there are a few conditions to keep in mind:

  1. This offer does not apply to bulk-sized products, such as liters or cases.
  2. Make sure your order totals at least $150 before taxes to qualify.
  3. For eligible orders, we will automatically apply the shipping promotions.

Do we ship to P.O Boxes?

Our Carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes – the shipping address has to be where someone can physically accept the package.

Do we ship Hazardous Items such as Acetone, Alchocol or Thinners?

Muse is proud to offer a range of products that are free from hazardous materials. This ensures hassle-free shipping to any country, as all our products comply with international shipping regulations.

Shortages/Damages

Upon receiving your shipment from Muse, please verify that all packages have been delivered. If a box is missing, note the missing package on the delivery receipt. Contact the courier immediately to report any undelivered packages. Additionally, any losses, short shipments, or damages should be reported to Muse within 24 hours of receiving your order.
