When it comes to flawless, long-lasting gel nails, your base is everything.
At Muse Gel, we know that choosing the right base—and applying it correctly—can mean the difference between premature lifting and weeks of perfect wear. That’s why we’ve created this guide: to demystify the differences between base types, show you how to apply them for maximum strength and longevity, and help you match the right base to every nail type.
🧪 Why the Right Base Matters
Your gel base is the foundation of your entire manicure. It ensures adhesion, flexibility, strength, and durability. Using the wrong base for a client’s nail type or skipping the proper prep steps can lead to peeling, lifting, cracking, or breakage.
