Step-by-Step Application for Muse Gel Paint

1. Apply a Creator Color Base or Gel Polish Coat
   Start by applying a layer of Muse Gel Base Coat or Gel Polish as your base color. Make sure to cover the nail evenly while avoiding the cuticle area to prevent lifting. Cure under a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
2. Apply Muse Gel Paint
   Using a design-specific brush, apply Muse Gel Paint in a thin, even layer. The highly pigmented formula ensures you don’t need thick coats. For detailed nail art or full-color coverage, use smooth, controlled strokes. Cure under a UV/LED lamp for 30-60 seconds, depending on your lamp’s wattage.
3. Top Coat
   Once the desired design or color is achieved, apply a thin layer of Muse Gel Top Coat to seal the paint and add a glossy, protective finish. Cure under the UV/LED lamp to complete the look.

Step-by-Step Removal for Muse Gel Paint

1. Sanitize
   Begin by sanitizing both your hands and your customer’s hands using Muse Cleaning Spray to ensure a clean working environment.
2. File Off the Top Coat
   Use a 100/180 grit file to carefully remove the topcoat and the gel paint. File over the entire surface of the leftover gel polish until the shine has been completely removed.
3. Soak in Acetone
   Soak Muse Lint-Free Wipes in plenty of 100% acetone and wrap each nail securely with foil to keep the acetone in contact with the gel polish.
4. Let It Soak
   Allow the nails to soak for approximately 10 minutes. Soaking times may vary depending on the number of layers or the type of base gel used.
5. Remove the Foil
   After soaking, gently remove the foil from each finger.
6. Check Gel Softness
   Don’t force the gel off. If it is still firm, re-wrap the nails and allow them to soak for a few more minutes until the gel softens completely.
7. Buff Away Residue
   If there is any remaining Base Coat residue, use a 120/180 grit buffer to gently buff it off, leaving the nail smooth and clean.
